Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

New Mexico Secondary or Specialty Teaching license with Library Endorsement or ability to obtain a license

Demonstrated knowledge of library and media materials management practices

Able to demonstrate proficient application of word processing, database, spreadsheet software, library management systems.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of hardcopy, electronic media, and Internet access to information.

Able to understand and apply the concepts of strategic planning with resultant successful implementation to enhance student success and improve student achievement.

Demonstrated understanding and application standards-based curriculum, instructional delivery methodologies, and student management techniques and processes.
