• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred
• Bilingual prferred
• Minimum 3 years experience Preferred in a cafeteria or food services setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of student nutritional program and the building menus and preparing of meals in a school cafeteria setting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
• Able to demonstrate proficient software applications to include word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unaided
• Free from physical limitations that would interfere with required physical duties.
• Development in all aspects of the professional area of food services operations.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements noted on the job description.
