Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid and current New Mexico Operator's license.
• Knowledge of operating cleaning and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions in order to perform custodial services and maintain custodial records.
• Knowledge of organizational pattern of the district sites and/or schools.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of custodial procedures in the inventory of supplies and materials, handling of all types of materials and equipment and use of materials and equipment in all types of cleaning.
• Physical abilities to perform the physical tasks required of this position.
• Able to use technology to perform custodial responsibilities.
• Uses effective people skills to communicate
