Pre-K Educational Assistant

2026/2027 School Year ONLY

Level III Educational Assistants License required

• Functional knowledge of job related duties
• Must have Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or be enrolled in a program.
• Free from physical limitations, which would interfere with any required lifting duties (students, equipment, etc.)
• Able to perform physical duties associated with delivering services to special education students
• Possess a New Mexico driver’s license
• Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements noted on the job description.

Preference given to applicants with:

• Knowledge of Sign Language
• Current CPR certification
• CPI System or De-escalation certification
