Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with an endorsement in Education Administration.

Current
New Mexico Administrator’s License.
Administrative Experience 3-5 years - preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and articulate a vision with staff, students, parents and community.
Demonstrated ability as a change agent understands and supports stakeholders in the change process.
Able to demonstrate understanding of technology’s application to school operations and instruction.
Able to articulate curricula data to facilitate instruction for faculty and student needs
Demonstrated understanding of student management and instructional delivery systems.
Embraces and encourages diversity.
Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in administrative leadership, management, and supervision.
Demonstrated ability to provide an environment and climate where creativity, risk-taking and experimentation are by all stakeholders.
