Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with an endorsement in Education Administration.
 
- Valid Current New Mexico Administrator’s License.
 
- Administrative Experience 3-5 years - preferred
 
- Demonstrated ability to build and articulate a vision with staff, students, parents and community.
 
- Demonstrated ability as a change agent understands and supports stakeholders in the change process.
 
- Able to demonstrate understanding of technology’s application to school operations and instruction.
 
- Able to articulate curricula data to facilitate instruction for faculty and student needs
 
- Demonstrated understanding of student management and instructional delivery systems.
 
- Embraces and encourages diversity.
 
- Demonstrated a willingness to seek professional development in administrative leadership, management, and supervision.
 
- Demonstrated ability to provide an environment and climate where creativity, risk-taking and experimentation are by all stakeholders.
